I founded Celebrity Janitorial in 2012 with one rule that hasn't changed since: the people who clean your building work for us. Not an agency, not a subcontractor, not a 1099 crew assembled for the week. Every person we send into a client's space is our W-2 employee, background-checked, and covered by our workers' compensation.

That rule is expensive. It is also the reason Broward County lets us into its courthouse, its libraries, its detention facilities and its government center — and the reason property managers stay with us for years instead of re-bidding every spring.

Thirteen years in, we're certified MBE, SBE, CBE, DBE and ACDBE, carry $2M/$5M general liability, and hold small business certification with the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County school districts. None of that makes a floor cleaner. What it means is that when you hand us the keys, the responsibility genuinely transfers — and that is the part most cleaning contracts quietly leave with you.
